  2. How long does shipping take?

We work with global suppliers and fulfillment partners to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
• Estimated Delivery Time (India): 7–8 working days
• Tracking Available: Yes, you’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.
• In rare cases, shipping may take a few extra days depending on your location and customs clearance.
 

  3. What payment methods do you accept?

Right now, we offer only Cash on Delivery (COD) across India.
You can pay for your order directly at your doorstep when it arrives.

  4. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 6 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be processed and shipped.

 5. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link on your email or WhatsApp. You can also contact us for live updates.

 6. I received a damaged item. What should I do?

We’re really sorry! 🙏 If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund after verification.

We offer easy returns for damaged or wrong products.
• Timeframe: Within 7 days of delivery
• Condition: Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Refund Method: Same as payment mode.

Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or if the product is used.
